What is the WRAP program

WRAP stands for, "World Rhythms Arts Program" and was created by the authors of the West African Drum and Dance: A Yankadi-Macrou Celebration curriculum to be an authentic, traditional, high-quality resource for those in music, movement, and wellness fields. Who Can Participate in the WRAP Program

People of all ages and abilities can participate in the WRAP curriculum. The curriculum is suitable for students from upper-elementary throurgh college levles and allows teachers to customize lessons to meet the needs of their students. In addition to being a multiple-discipline curriculum, WRAP may also be used as a stand-alone drumming program, dance program, and as a social studies, history, or language unit.
