Ryan Camara is a member of the Percussive Arts Society (PAS) and has presented and performed at the Northern California Day of Percussion and the Southern Oregon Day of Percussion. "I always had a great time and the PAS events and got to meat and hear some amazing musicians," explained Ryan.
In 2006, Ryan was a featured presenter at the prestigious Percussive Arts Society International Convention (PASIC) in Austin, TX. "It was an amazing experience to be at PASIC and see and hear the best of the best in drums and percussion. To meet people I've idolized since I was a kid growing up was incredible. I always thought PAS was more about drum set and marching percussion. It was thrilling to see so many forms of world percussion begin to be embraced and supported! I can't wait to work more the PAS and be back at PASIC. I encourage all percussionist: Professionals, students and hobbyists alike to become members."
